GENERAL DISPOSITIONS TO THE CLIENT

the navigation and transmission of an order purchased on the site imply the acceptance of the following conditions. The Client is required to read these conditions which are considered accepted at the time of purchase. The Client is invited to download and print a copy of the conditions whose terms may be modified at any time and will be valid from the date of publication online.

The Client may search for the articles online in the initial interface and via search engine. Each item is illustrated by: image, data sheet and sale price (finished cost). The image accompanying the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ slightly in color, size, accessory products in the picture. Once selected the desired products, they will be added to the cart by the Client. To complete the order will be sufficient to follow the purchase information required at each step. The details of the order can be modified before payment. In addition, it is the Client’s right to register during the purchase phase. In completing the registration procedures, the Client is obliged to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data truthfully and correctly. It will be the responsibility of the Client to maintain the secrecy of his access data keeping them with care and diligence without giving them, even temporarily, to others.

INDICATIONS ON PRICE/PAYMENT

The prices, clearly visible on the web, are intended as finished prices and do not include shipping costs. The delivery costs and/or any additional costs are charged to the client and are clearly stated when placing the order. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the payment of the costs of returning the goods and the refund of payments will be made as provided in the general conditions of sale and in the information on the right of withdrawal.

After selecting the product by adding it to the cart, the total amount to be paid will be displayed. Once the order has been confirmed, shipping costs will also appear, customized according to the transport options chosen by the Client (e.g. standard or express shipping). Payment is made by bank transfer or through all prepaid cards accepted with the paypal payment gateway (https://www.paypal.com) and/or stripe (https://stripe.com/it). The final amount appears upon completion of the order. The Client may request whether to receive the invoice when entering the order finalization data.

Payments are processed by paypal/stripe that works as “payment gateway”. Lo Scrigno di Santa Chiara is not responsible for the processing of payments.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

the availability of the products refers to the actual one at the moment in which the Client places the order. This type of availability must be identified as indicative due to the simultaneous presence of several users. The delivery of the products in Italy is made by courier and on average within 5/7 working days from the execution of the order, while deliveries to the islands require approximately two days more, for foreign countries are necessary longer times. The delivery times refer to the products available in stock (some handmade creations may still require more time). For the other products will be communicated the delivery date via e-mail and/or telephone. The delivery times of the products related to the categories “available on order”, are estimated between 20 and 30 working days while the products related to the categories “not available”, can be ordered by sending a request to our contacts in order to agree on times and methods, given the nature of craftsmanship of both categories. The shipment may be delayed in case of holidays and weekends, due to inactivity/partial activity of the couriers. The timing is indicative. To the shipping times, it is necessary to add the normal administrative controls. For possible orders made by bank transfer (on specific request), shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment. Shipping costs change according to weight, country to which the product is destined (national or international), type of shipment and packaging (the Client has the possibility to indicate a preference on the courier usable at the time of purchase which may, however, be subject to change depending on the type of service that offers greater guarantee for the shipping address and/or the product ordered). Each shipment will be strictly monitored and in case of delay in the delivery of goods the client will be informed quickly. The Client will receive an email confirming the shipment (order in process/order completed) with the tracking number.

RETURN OF DELIVERY

the client, according to the applicable law, has the right to withdraw his order. If the Client is not satisfied to the purchase with our products, he can send it back to us within 14 days from the delivery and he will receive a refund by giving prior notice and motivation to the e-mail address [email protected] We ask that the goods are sent back in the same condition that they arrived in, in the original packaging, with all documents received. Please contact us within 14 days from the data in which you have received the package, in order to receive full assistance. Therefore, the deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before no later than the 14 days from receipt.

The right of withdrawal is applied to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; the good must be intact, not handled and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment). To limit the damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box.

Lo Scrigno di Santa Chiara is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments (the return transport is under the responsibility of the Client); upon its arrival in the shop, the product will be examined to assess any damage or manipulation.

Once the goods have been received, Lo Scrigno di Santa Chiara will refund the full amount paid by the client, excluding shipping costs, by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), in cases Lo Scrigno di Santa Chiara ascertains:

  • even partial use of the goods and any consumable materials;
  • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (eg packaging of cards and envelopes)

If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the collection of the goods at our office will be under the responsibility of the client.

the client’s data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, as specified in the appropriate section (Privacy Policy)

CONDITIONS

the purchase implies the acceptance of the above mentioned conditions and is governed by Italian law. The contract stipulated with the Client shall be considered concluded when Lo Scrigno di Santa Chiara has knowledge of the execution of the order placed by the Client.
